Premier Property Management was founded by Barry and Estanis. Two professionals from opposite sides of the world who met in Bali and realized they could do things differently, and better.

Barry is a Scottish entrepreneur and certified electrical and instrumentation technician with a background in construction, renovation, and property development across the UK, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Active in real estate investment since 2018, he oversees property portfolios in both Scotland and Bali.

Combining hands-on experience with a sharp eye for opportunity, Barry focuses on delivering well-built, high-value developments through transparent processes and reliable execution. Whether building villas, managing properties, or advising investors, his priority is creating long-term value and trust for every client.

Estanis is a trained architect with a multidisciplinary background in visual design, photography, music, and video. He has worked in architecture across Europe since 2015 and has been active in real estate development and investment in Bali since 2021.

Combining European standards with local expertise, he focuses on transparent processes, attention to detail, and reliable execution. Whether managing villas, guiding acquisitions, or structuring investments, his priority is building trust and creating long-term value for every client.
